Inserted a thin allen wrench into a hole on the side of the drill, locking the drive cylinder in place. I put a large allen wrench into the old chuck and tightened the chuck. Hit the allen wrench with a hammer to turn it in a counter clockwise direction. Unscrewed the old chuck, screwed in the new one. Inserted the large allen wrench into the chuck and hit with a hammer in a clockwise direction to tighten. Done.
