Old belts would no longer tighten. They were also cracked.

1. Removed old belts from pulleys.
2. Used wooden ruler to get belts off both pulleys.
3. Adjusted forward and reverse level as necessary to get maximum slack in belts.
4. Used wooden ruler to get new belts onto both pulleys.
5. Used belt adjustment tool to properly adjust new belt tension.
