The pre filter is a genuine replacement part for lawn mowers made by Troy-Bilt, MTD, Yard Machines, and Bolens. A wrench set may be needed during the replacement of this part. It is made out of foam and will need to be replaced if it gets dirty. This item is sold individually and helps to clean the air that enters the carburetor.
