Very easy repair. Remove cog belt from pulley, remove nut from top of shaft and using a hammer tap shaft thru spindle housing. I left the blade on the shaft during removal. I installed the new grass blade on the new shaft prior to installing the shaft. I needed to be sure that the grass blade fit perfectly on the new shaft. Only other new part was the clogged belt pulley which fits over the spindle shaft and is held in place with the nut and washer. Be sure to have cogged pulley marks 90 degrees opposite from each other or blades will hit each other.
