Raised mower and put blocks on top of handle to hold in upright position. Extracted all screws holding top front cover then removed broken front cover. Installed new front cover and reinstalled all screws that hold cover in place.

Removed old cover with just a nut driver set
Two bottom bolts were missing so matched them up at local hardware.
Perfect fit replacement part
Replaced bolts, adjusted cutting height and was mowing in minutes

1. Removed the screws holding the front cover.
2. Removed the front cover.
3. Replaced the spring body holding the drive to the axle.
4. Put on the new front cover.
5. Screwed the new front cover to the body.

The front cover broke. I tightened it down to hard after fixing the belt drive.

I removed the 2 top screws, put plastic wrap over the gas cap, and tightened the gas caps. Turned the mower on it side. Removed the screws from under the cover. I then removed the old cover and reversed taking it off to put the new one on.
