Replaced the control module it worked for one circuit of my home, but quit short of completing circle so I had to push it back to my home. Replaced the Throttle and charged the batteries. It went 10 feet and died. I thought about it for a day then I hooked up two 18 volt batteries in series from my 18 volt hand drill and removed the thre e batteries in the bike. It worked fine. So I ordered three new 12 volt batteries to replace the ones in the bike.

Don\'t believe the literature about it is always the controller. One bad battery that checks good, and will charge to 13 volts, will not tell you it is bad unless you put a load test to it.
