I had to take off the tension assembly then remove the top cover to get to the gear with the broken teeth. The adjuster bolt sits on a slotted rack and pinion type assembly. The gear that moves the tensioning arm had three teeth break off and i had to replace that assembly also. Working like new now. I\'ve had this Powermatic bandsaw for
