Knowing this part is intended for a 14" Powermatic bandsaw, I still made the purchase hoping it would work for my Steel City 14" bandaw. After drilling out the metal to fit the hinge pin and installing the original arbor, it was a perfect fit!

I have an 18\" Reliant band saw and needed a upper hinge replacement
The hinge I purchased was for a 14\" Powermatic bandsaw my idler arm was a bit longer on the original part. I removed the tension pin and drove out the idler arm and replaced it with the original idler arm set the pin and installed.
