Make sure machine is unplugged
Removed control housing from lathe
Separated control housing
Note which wires are on which terminal, taking a picture helps.
Disconnected old switch from wiring and removed switch
Installed new switch and reattached wires on same terminals
Reassemble in reverse order.
To replace this switch requires removing the entire control box. I removed the screws that secured it to the bed but could not get it out. There is a connection that need be made on the circuit board.
