Pulled pulley. Cleaned the shaft and replaced the 5/32 key stock. Although jet says to keep shaft clean I sprayed down with a dry lube. So far working great.

Motor pulley on 30 year old Grizzly model 1295 wood lathe broke. Grizzly part no longer available. This motor pulley is a direct replacement for repair.

Removed damaged parts , cleaned &lubed shaft. Installed new parts. Aligned motor pulley. Replaced cover,

One side of step pulley was slipping on shaft. Lathe would not operate on higher speeds.
