Secured nut with wrench, unscrewed locking handle by turning it out of nut.
Put the nut in a wrench secured it with masking tape. Pushed bolt on locking handle through the spring, and into the nut.
Tightened by turning locking handle.
It was a little difficult to push against spring, but was able to get it into nut, and
... Read more tighten within a minute or so.
