The 6-inch sanding discs was damaged. It was bent and no longer flat.

1. Position the disc so the allen screw is visible through the access point located just behind the disc cover.

2. Remove set screw, set aside for new disc if new set screw is not provided.

3. Remove old disk from motor shaft. Be sure the key on the motor shaft stays in place and does not remove with the old disc .

4. If needed, insert the old set screw a few threads into the new disc.

5. Push the new disc onto the motor shaft with the set screw is in the 12 o\'clock position.

6. Fully tighten the set screw through the access hole of the disc cover.
