Removed all a of the damaged parts. And the rest of the non damaged parts that needed to be removed. Removed the lock knob at the end of the adjusting screw. Remove the lock knob under the table. I was then able to remove the rest of the broken or bent parts. I placed the roll pine in the adjusting screw. Then fed the adjusting screw into the table, until I could fit the adjusting nut in the ball crank. I then threaded the screw until I could install the back lock knob. Installed the brass washer, bushing, bushing set screw, brass washer, handwheel and secured the handwheel to the screw with the set screw. Then screwed in the lock knob under the table.
