Worn out

Burners old and inefficient

Removed grates and heat plates.
Sprayed with penetrant and wire brushed the inside and where burners met on wall of grill housing.
Used pliers to grab burners and gently rock to loosen and lift off of mounting screws in rear.
Once all burners loose I lifted entire assembly out of grill.
Removed stickers from new p arts and cleaned to ensure no glue or paper inside holes.
Using old assembly for reference I re assembled new components and installed reverse of removal.
Coated grates with oil and seasoned for about 45 min @ 400* .

Grids and flav r wave Bars needed to be replaced from wear and tear

1.Unboxed all of the new parts
2.Removed the old grids and placed them into the empty boxes
3.Removed the old Flav-R-Wave bars and placed them into the empty boxes.
4.Use the shop vac to removed any residual ash, metal flakes, debris, etc.
5.Install the new Flav-R-Wave bars
6.Install the new grids
7.Gri ll some meat!
