Removed the screws and the platen. Replaced with the new one and replaced the screws. Good as new and a whole lot cheaper than buying a new sander. This could not have been any easier! I will definitely use this company if I ever need parts again.

1. Removed screws from the platen which held it to the sander
2. Lifted off the platen
3. Replaced the platen with a new one
4. Replaced the screws
5. Tested the platen to see if it worked correctly. It did.

Unscrewed the old platen, took off the bearing assembly, and replaced the parts. Screwed in the new parts and it works like new

Removed old assembly
Installed new assembly

Simply requires removing three screws pulling off the platen, replacing it with the new one and reinserting the screws.
