Nail gun stopped cycling

1. Remove all nails from gun.
2. Remove four allen hex wrench bolts from tool cap head.
3. Remove tool head to expose driver cylinder.
4. Remove old cylinder seal and any debris.
5. Install new cylinder seal over driver cylinder.
6. Remove old gasket material from tool base and cap head.
7. Install new cap gasket seal.
8. Replace cap head and four bolts.
9. Tighten bolts evenly and oil tool before operating.

Air leaking from top exhaust port

Removed top cap by removing 4 screws. Located broken bumper and removed it. I made sure that there wasn\'t any pieces left inside. Replaced top bumper, cleaned cylinder head and replaced gasket.

Pulled the top cap off which is held on with four screws, then pulled the cylinder cap off which was broke replaced it and the o ring also cylinder seal reinstalled head cap a few drops of oil and shoots like a new one easily repaired! Good luck!
