My gun works great with this new kit. I only found one discrepancy with one of the washers but thankfully it was not one that I needed anyways. It was one of the external washers at the bottom of the air release chamber. It was slightly bigger than original so it could not allow me to reinstall the spring loaded air release cap.

I purchased the overhaul kit which arrived next day. I disassembled the nailer and all the o-rings looked in very good condition and were well oiled. I replaced the o-rings anyway. The plastic exhaust valve appeared in good condition and was not part of overhaul kit so re-assembled and nailer still not holding air pressure. I did not

I measured all of the o-rings and sorted before beginning. One was a little too large for its numbered position so did not use ( Porter Cable error) The instructions in the overhaul kit showed one of the o-rings as the incorrect diameter where the owners manual was correct. Porter Cable goof.
