This is an authentic Black and Decker replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with sweeper vacuums. The special plastic tube is commonly used as the lower portion of the vacuum tube set up. This vacuum tube is available as an individual replacement part, please see model diagram for associative parts.
My blower was missing the tubing parts. I picked it up on an online auction for cheap. It was worth buying the parts to replace and was still under what one would cost new. Highly recommend e parts! Been using them for years.
