Lost wing nut due to vibration

Remove wing nut from the package, insert the threaded end into the receiver of the saws base. Be sure to tighten as the cutting vibration will loosen the wing nut.

Insert spring onto the threaded portion of the wing nut and install into the appropriate hole on the circular saw base. When not using the rip fence ,keep the fence, wing nut and spring together. The wing nut has a tendency to vibrate out of the hole on the base.
