?This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement sanding disk designed for use with Ridgid random orbit sander. It is a six (6) inch hook and loop fastening eighty (80) grit sandpaper. This disc is sold individually. To attach hook and loop sanding disc: • Unplug the sander • Align the holes in the sanding disc with the holes of the backing pad • Press the sanding disc against the backing pad firmly • To provide for the best adhesion, it is advised to clean the backing pad and the sanding disc backing occasionally by brushing them lightly with a small brush

The rubber pad was torn loose off the plastic backer that is mounted to the sander drive

Removed the plastic backer that was still on the sander
Aligned the new pad screw holes on the drive head of the sander
Hand start all 4 screws
