This is an authentic Ridgid replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with oscillating belt/spindle sanders. The throat plate is used when using the sanding spindle function. This item fits into the table and is used to reduce the gap between the 2-inch sanding drum and the table. This item is sold as an individual replacement part.
