I followed instructions in the manual that came with the mower. Loosen mower deck drive belt, unhook the electric clutch wiring connection, loosen the tension pulley. I did this by using a ratchet strap to take tension off the pulley. Removed the old traction belt and replaced. It is difficult to install. Very tight. I got it started on t he three pulleys then turned one pulley until the belt worked into place.

1. Removed cutting deck.
2. Removed belt guides.
3. Removed idler pulley tensioner spring.
4. Installed both belts.
5. Reverse order of steps 1 through 3.
