Chain on the saw wasn\'t moving properly. When cutting the chain would stop moving but motor was still going.

The repair was very easy. Removed the cover over the chain and gear (left cover) with a Philips head screwdriver. Removed the two nuts, used my socket set, so I could remove the chain and guide plate. The sprocket gear now lifted out on a slight angle. The teeth on the inside of this gear were all messed up and missing in some spots. This is the main reason the chain would stop or not move properly. While it was all apart I cleaned the saw as much as possible. I then reversed the process to put the chain saw back together. Replacing all the parts I ordered due to either being broken, worn or missing. Oiled where ever I thought would be needed. The chain saw is now working like new, cutting with ease! Thank you for having all the correct parts I needed and at good prices. Jim
