As advertised. Great product. Only down size is cost of shipping.

We received the deck in a box with holes in it where small parts had been falling out. Finally got it together using parts from our old deck. Then upon starting up and engaging the blades, there was a very loud noise. The blades were hitting the deck where the grass exits (top center of picture) so therefore, we figured the deck had been dropped and damaged. I managed to beat the metal out away from the blades and now it seems to be working fine. I would suggest more care be taken during shipping to ensure that all parts arrive with the deck. The replacement parts would have cost us more than $115 extra, which we had already paid for. Your company did offer to send us another deck just to retrieve the parts we needed, and then return it, but that was too much trouble. The people who load, unload, and transfer heavy items need to be more careful. The drivers who deliver need to allow a little time to notify the customer the part has arrived and let them open it to see if everything is included that should be and that nothing is damaged. We were home when this was delivered but did not hear the truck. Otherwise, we're happy with the deck and the mower is fine with the old parts. I did let Fed-Ex know that the driver should let the customer know when something big like this is delivered.

I never received the item due to the fact that Fed Ex damaged the item in transit. That is the reason for the one star. I will try to order again in the future.
