1. Removed the nut from the axle to remove old wheel. This was done for each on the left side of mower.
2. Removed old wheels and put new wheels on.
3. Re-installed the nut on the the front and back and tightened them.
4. First use after installing the new wheels, the front one fell off, fortunately I found the nut.
... Read more/>5. Had to trim the sleeve part the wheel that goes over the axle down on the inside of wheel about an eighth inch with Dremel tool since the fit was too tight and this caused the nut to get backed off the axle threads and come off allowing the tire to fall off.
6. Suggest that duck tape be put on the outside of the wheel over the nut until confident that the nut is not coming off since it is not easy finding a small nut in the grass.
