Broken sprocket on clutch drum

Remove chain ,cover, spark plug,install rope into cylinder to prevent shaft rotation, use to loosen clutch , remove drum-sprocket assy. reverse process to assemble. I found a good you tube video on this repair . Here is a copy of it.

Clutch drum sprocket broken

Pushed a rope through the spark plug hole to keep the clutch assembly from turning. Using a clutch removal tool, removed the clutch & drum and replaced it.

Bearing went out on clutch drum and wore teeth of the sprocket

Remove bar clamp assembly
Loosen tension on bar and chain
Remove the spark plug, put a short piece of rope in the cylinder with some remaining outside of it
Pull on the starter rope until the piston comes in contact with the rope
Use the clutch removal tool to remove the clutch
Remove the old sprocket and bea ring
Install the new bearing and new sprocket
Install the clutch
Remove the rope from the cylinder
Replace the spark plug
Install the chain and bar
Install the bar clamp
Adjust the bar and chain to the correct tension

Clutch assembly became inoperable

1. Removed old clutch, sprocket, and bearing assembly.
2. Thoroughly cleaned the engine unit.
3. Installed the new thrush washer, bearing, sprocket drum, and clutch.
4. Reassembled the housing pieces, bar, and chain.
5. Started and tested assembly.

(Note...To remove the clutch...1) Remove spark plug an d bring the piston up to TDC. 2) Feed a length of rope into the cylinder through the spark plug hole. This will allow you to apply necessary force to the clutch to back it off without the crankshaft moving. 3) Using a hammer and small chisel, tap the clutch in order to get it started off...left hand threads so to loosen you must turn clockwise. 4) Use the rope trick when installing the new clutch as well.)

removed spark plug and placed rope down into cylinder to stop crank from turning used hammer and brass punch to remove clutch sprocket cup slid right off slid new one on.

Removed bar/chain.
Used hammer/punch to remove old sprocket(reverse thread).
Install new sprocket w/ bearing to clutch.
Reattach bar/chain.
