This is an authentic part that is sourced by the original manufacturer for use with Penn fishing reels. The pivot lever goes next to the bail spring bushing. It is an identical replacement for a missing or a damaged component that was installed on a new unit. When replacing this part a screwdriver and a set of pliers may be needed. 1. Remove roller side plastic tab held by one screw. Keep pressure on it so spring doesn\'t shoot out.

4. Now slide the spring on the black piece before mentioned and use pliers to load up the tension without knocking the lever out of place. This will take many tries, but don\'t give up and do it this way. Trust me.
5. Put tab back together, and your done.

Pivot pin broke, so I replaced it and the spring and arm
Easy direct replacement. Without this SMALL part, my $200+ reel would have been completely out of service...junk. This investment of less than $10.00 for an otherwise impossible to find part put me back on the water. Thank you.

Pivot lever that holds the bail closed on my Abu revo sx20 broke.
Ordered a new lever as per a you tube video I had watched.. also noting that this is a fairly common problem with this reel.. repair was easy, just a little tricky working with small parts..
