Removed reel handle, drag guard, and all screws on right side of Penn 80. Pushed old locator pins out from inside of cover. Replaced with new ones, push in from outside. Just be careful not to let the spool come up or to the right. Your time will double if you let the dogs come out from the drag washer side of reel. Replace screws, guard
