This item distributes even pressure over the surface and provides a solid grip for the bolt or screw. This part is sold individually. A screwdriver is often needed to make the proper removal and replacement.

The bail on my Penn reel came loose on one end. A screw had come loose and fell out along with the line roller and other accessories making the reel useless.
Went online to find a source for my model Penn reel parts.
The product assembly diagram provided online was a little blurred and hard to read, but I was able to correctly identify the correct part numbers needed.
