This clutch spring is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer. The Penn clutch spring is compatible with many fishing reels. This metal item is fitted into the right side plate, providing the needed tension to related components. The clutch spring is sold individually. Keep in mind, the spool uses two clutch springs. For the repair, you will need a screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliers.
