1. Took apart reel, analyzed the issue.
2. Found ereplacementparts.com, ordered some parts.
3. When parts arrived, I D/L\'d a Pdf.File, on Google, about the schematics of the reel I was fixing.
4. Put everything together like in the picture!

removed old screws and plate. installed new plate and screws
