Replaced 6mm ball, diaphram, filled hydraulic oil and it worked. Followed instructions found on line.

Removed and replace the outlet seal and the outlet check ball and spring. Very easy repair.
Also, be sure to remove the front oil cover and check for damaged hyd. pickup tubes, I had a damaged tube that prevented pressure control and priming
