Removed covers to access starter recoil. Removed recoil assembly to find starter pulley worn. Ordered new parts. Used a screw driver down next to starter pulley to carefully hold flywheel while I used adjustable pliers to remove pulley. Reversed to put on. Put back together. Runs like a champ again.
