Removed the old wheels by removing the push nut with wrench and prying .slipped the new wheel on. Used a new push nut. Hit it with a mallet to set it. Repeat on second wheel. Buy new push nuts as the old ones were rusted and I mangled them during removal.

I lifted the grill high enough to remove the old plastic wheels.
I used 7/16 socket to remove old wheels and replace them with news ones. Had to add 2 washers on both wheels as the new wheels were slightly narrower then the old ones.
Great fit and easy job less than 15 minutes.
Now I can move my grill around easy again.

Had to remove nuts from the axle and replace the wheels and washers. Had to add a few extra washers because the new wheels were slightly different from the old ones. That was no problem, now I can move the grill!!! All is good...now for more training on how to grill!!
