I followed the video from the www.ereplacementparts.com web site and all went well. You will need snap ring pliers to do this project in two different places. A good set will be well worth it.

Gaining access to remove the old power cord was the biggest challenge. It is not as simple as your video makes it look, not if you have a newer model mixer. There is no back cover to remove anymore - you have to remove the entire cover, unscrew over a dozen screws and remove almost all of the mechanical parts inside. Once I did that, it ... Read more
