Use socket to drain fuel from bowl by removing drain plug, use socket to remove bowl from carborator, clean bowl with carb cleaner, use pick to pull o ring out if stuck, put new fuel gasket on bowl bolt, insert new o ring and press up and with luck it will stay, if not you will need to hold in place while putting bowl on, inser bowl bolt ...
