Was turning slower and noisy. It would get hotter then normal

Screw drivers, Socket set, Wrench set
Removed blade, bearing holder, case and fan cover. Removed and installed new bearing sleeve, bearing flange and brush holder and spring. Installed grease on reduction gears and bearing flange and bearing sleeve. Used socket to remove the bearing sleeve. Cleaned commuter sleeve with electrical contact cleaner.

Bearing flange locked up

Removed blade blade flanges and guard. Note how the spring is attached. I found that the bearing flange had seized on the shaft. I also checked the rear brass bushing and brushes. They were ok. I removed the seized flange and replaced it with the new one. Then installed all of the other part in reverse order. I\'m very happy with your ser vice. Will keep you in mind when needing any parts.
