We just pop the knob on, very easy. What I will say is this, we have searched several website and couldn\'t find the part to our grill. So we will always check with your website when needing parts.

Unscrew screws holding door back panel and remove
Remove screws holding door top cap and replace
Replace and reattach back panel. (I needed to fashion a tool to hold the back cover against flange of door while screwing panel to door)
