The ignition switch attaches to the lead and is made of plastic and metal. This part is an OEM from Echo for use in vacuums and blowers. This item is available as an individual replacement part but also includes the screw. It may require a screwdriver, a set of pliers, a socket set, and a nutdriver during installation. It will need to be replaced if it becomes broken.
Completely dis-assembled the blower and pulled the motor out of all parts of the case. Have the new case assembly and ignition switch. Will re-assemble it as the weather warms up here in Colorado. Not a hard job just takes time to dis-assemble and remember how everything goes back together.
