Need help finding your model number?This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement piston ring which is specially designed for use with Poulan gas powered trimmers. The purpose of this part is to provide a tight seal between the cylinder and the piston. A worn or broken piston ring will allow combustion gases to escape the seal and enter the crankcase, causing low compression and a loss of power. If compression is reduced significantly, the engine will not run at all. Please note this high-quality part is made of durable metal and is sold individually.
