Please note that the removal tool is necessary for the clutch which was cheap from you folks. It is reverse threads to remove it. The only way to keep the motor from turning while you try to loosen the clutch is remove spark plug, put about 8\" to a foot of none fraying 1/4\" rope down the plug hole and turn the clutch till the piston pushes its way onto the rope. That will hold the crank in place while you spin off the clutch. Disassembly and reassembly takes longer than the repair. Watch the video on ereplacement website. This was all done to a 24 year old Poulan 2050. Cost about $31 parts, tool and shipping. Still runs like brand new!!!
