This part is needed in some models of Ridgid nailers/staplers. It is a genuine OEM replacement part. An O-ring is used to seal a connection point, preventing leaks while offering some damage protection. Many tools use multiple types of O-ring throughout, so correct size/shape is needed for proper seal. Sold individually.
Disassembled front of trim nailer, cleaned thoroughly, lubed new parts and reinstalled taking care to not over tighten. I also used a thread locker on screws.
