Removed the access panel using flat head screw driver.
Remove the screw holding the head of the broken cable
Attach the new cable and tighten the anchor screw
Feed the cable through access panel and attach the other end of the cable to the handlebar.

The replacement cable for front wheel drive was two(2) feet short!!!!

It looked like it was going to be impossible for me to replace the drive cable but it was easy. Just one bolt under the back mower flap (where the bag goes) to remove to do the whole job. Thanx Troybilt!
