Removed the old wheels using an 9/16\" open/box end wrench and a 3/4\" box end wrench.
Replacement wheels were replaced by inserting the original axel bolts, washers and tightening.
New replacement wheels were an exact fit and took only 15-20 minutes to install.

1. For the bracket clutch anti-rotation remove bolt from bracket and remove from electric clutch by pulling it out of the hole in clutch and through the frame. Replace in reverse order.
2. For the pulley remove the belt from electric clutch pulley by releasing belt tension lever on left side of deck remove, then unscrew the

3. For the wheel gauge remove the bolt with a wrench and socket replace in reverse order.
Repairs were simple. Just removed the fastener and the old wheel. I used some WD40 and steel wool to clean up the axel. Then slid the wheel on and fastener.
Lifted the front of the mower and put it on blocks
Remove the blade bolts and removed the old blades
Placed the new blades on the spindle and tightened the blade bolts
Removed the bolt hold the wheel on
Installed the new wheel with the new bolt

Removed the Deck from the tractor.
Removed the pulley
Removed 4 bolts from the mandrel
Replaced the mandrel with the new one purchased
Put on the new pulley
Replaced the old blade
Reconnected the deck to the tractor
