anvil replacement

Bits wouldn't lock in the chuck so....the individual parts for the spring, steel ball and lock ring were as much as the anvil kit that includes it all. I had to remove a little more of the impact driver but no biggy. Replacement went well except for the spring that seats the retaining steel ball, there was no illustration to show how it sets in there. I had to take another driver apart to see. All good now

You almost need 2 people to push and hold the spring down in the chuck while the next person puts the washer and locking ring on. I launched the spring and washer a few times trying by myself.
