I\'ve to remove the lower guard stop and then remove the center ring in order to get free the lower guard, put the new lower guard, put back the center ring, attached the lever to the lower guard with the screw and tide back the lower guard stop.

Remove blade,and blade clamp. Then remove retainer spring clip,then remove and guard stop the lower guard will come off, then make sure to unhook the guard spring and then guard will come out. Put the new guard and spring back in,make sure the spring is in place and in the hole to prevent it from slipping off. Put the retainer spring back on and replace the guard stop, and then put the blade clamps and blade back on

Guard blew up, I believe it was dropped off a roof at work. I took the time to fix it up and she\'s like new.
