1. Removed broken clutch cable using pliers, 2 - 1/2ö box wrench and adjustable wrench from the top handle and the lower hook spring mechanism.
2. Installed exact new clutch cable that was ordered from ereplacementparts.com, the same way.
Proceeded to get back to tilling work fit perfect
