relatively simple repair
I have a Honda tiller that had used some bad fuel and been left sitting for quite a while ( I didn't get to draining it for quite some time). The carb was badly gummed up. Fuel had dried out leaving crusty residue all over. The carb was cleaned out with carb cleaner and passages blown to the best of my ability, still didn't run. A replacement part was located from Replacement and was received in about 4 days. Installation required some dexterity, assembly skills, and basic tools. Once reassembled and some fresh gas, it took about 4 pulls of the cable to get things running.

1. Loosened and bolts and nuts. Sprayed penetrant on those that were stubborn.
2. Take pictures of all connecting springs and rods.
3. Remove intake manifold and clean.
4. Remove carb and clean behind the carb.
5. Reconnect spring and rod linkage to new carb and slide it into position,

7. Retighten all bolts and clamps.
8. Gas her up and start rototilling!
