On the old manifold I took off the pressure relief valve, the pressure gauges, the rear pressure hose, and the hose hook ups with a crescent wrench. I loosened the housing (it takes a star bit to loosen three screws) so the manifold would clear it while I unscrewed it from the tank. I then screwed the new manifold on. Next I screwed the g auges, the hose hookups, and the pressure relief valve. I reattached the rear hose with a new hose clamp and then brought the housing back together and tightened it. Very easy.

I removed the broken manifold and put the new one on it. Then re-installed the quick connects. Then noticed a third spot for an optional quick connect. Once I get my shop air system done I am going to connect the third connection to keep two connections free for other use.

Took the handle, shroud, and the hose coming from the motor. Had to use the gauges and the pop off valve from the old manifold. Also replace the filter at the bottom of the motor. It was a very simple repair.
