much room for improvement if you care
I waited 3 weeks to receive the grill grates that were the wrong size. The dimensions posted on the web would have avoided this but no dimensions were posted. I incurred a $17 non refundable unnecessary delivery charge due to this. This doesn't make me happy. I returned them to UT and still have not received notice they have been received. This would be nice to know the return was been completed.
